Honey is sourced from local producers and hives used to pollinate the orchard. An eau de vie made from mead has delicate floral notes on the nose and a subtle finish of honey. Mix with pineapple-orange juice or a Chai syrup and club soda.


Ingredients

An eau de vie from honey, water and yeast and then distilled to capture the aroma, the essence of honey at 80 proof.
