Our flagship product is made from a variety of apples grown in our orchard & around Missouri and aged in Missouri white oak barrels. Sweet apple notes to the nose are followed by barrel flavors on the palate.40% ABV (80 proof) 

 

Ingredients

Apples, fresh, washed, crushed, fermented, and distilled on the mash. Then stored in a charred new oak barrel. 80 proof.
